Once complete Mel went through every item no matter how big or small and was willing to answer any questions.
As with any inspection you are getting a lot of information quickly so there could be things you think of later and he made it clear he was very willing to answer any questions you thought of later.
He was very knowledgeable and just and all out pleasure to deal with.
I just have to say again I 100% recommend!! read less

He took the time to explain and make sure I understood everything. This really helped me and my partner make a repairs list.
